PROSPECTOR POPCORN was born from our concessions stand, hand-crafted in small batches with sweet and savory perfection. We’ve mastered the art of popcorn, turning a beloved treat into an engine of meaningful employment for people with disabilities.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to create jobs - popping, producing, marketing, selling, and more. Just like popcorn, every individual pops in their own unique way, bringing talents, passions, and value to the workplace. We call it sparkle.
Each bag of Prospector Popcorn supports this mission, fueling job creation, economic inclusion, and higher quality of lives. The Prospector Theater has helped us to spread our message locally, and Prospector Popcorn can help millions more taste the sweet work.
Expansion means popping into new communities and touching more lives with our mission and model of meaningful work. Buying Prospector Popcorn is a win-win. You indulge in a decadent and delicious snack, while we pop open more doors of employment for people with disabilities in the workplace. Meaningful work for all - now an attainable dream.
From small batches to big dreams - we kindly ask for your help with growing Prospector Popcorn and expanding our mission. Thank you for believing in our vision and the support that will continue to make our sparkly beacon of hope shine bright.
Sparkle On!

POPPORTUNITY is a pathway to replicating The Prospector’s mission nation-wide, while also dramatically scaling revenue through a sparkly show-stopping product.
Producing one delicious bag of our gourmet popcorn creates dozens of jobs, and we’re in the perfect position to expand our reach and send a literal taste of our mission to millions across the country.
Our 5,000 square foot space gives us the means to pop more, fulfill national business-to-business orders, create more jobs, and train Prospects on new skills required to operate a commercial popcorn factory.
